Magnesium Bath Bar
The bath bar that is made from all natural and healthy ingredients.

2 cups epsom salts

1/2 cup baking soda

1/4 cup sea salt (optional)

30 drops of lavender essential oils

10 drops of peppermint essential oil
There are so many health benefits to a relaxing salt bath and I definitely try to squeeze them in when I can (which usually ends up being about once a month). Salt baths are great for:
