This website is a platform to learn, explore and be inspired to live naturally, healthy and improve your overall well-being. We work to encourage, develop and support individuals within the Central Valley of California with interest in establishing a healthy, positive and sustainable way of living.
We have passion for sharing all that we have done and learned with people like you. The adventure continues this year and many more to come. Join us here and on Youtube as we travel to Peru, Rock climb the grand Tetons in Wyoming and exploring the peaks of Charlotte Dome.
As local guides in the Sierra Nevadas, CA we will also organize four special trips for our members throughout the year. We have been guiding and providing so many outdoor adventures and events through our club www.healthyepicliving.com since 2003. Although we have met some great friends and have had some very awesome times, we have decided to scale back on these events. Instead of doing so much for strangers we never hear from again, we decided to get a little more personal, and focus our energy on those that want to build a community of like minded adventurers.
As you know, putting together adventure trips and events dont come cheap. Even though we have found ways to save money it still has a cost. This is why we decided to develop a membership program. However you dont have to be a member to book an adventure. Check out the events and classes and choose your experience. Lets build this community and get out and explore all that this beautiful world has to offer.
