What is Holistic Medicine

Apple cider vinegar is my husbands new obsession. He recently drinks apple cider vinegar with his lemon water a few times a day for a quick and effective energy burst. Lately we have discovered so many other useful ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar (ACV) into our daily routine. It's effective for pretty much anything—your skin, your hair, your house, and even your pets can benefit from its qualities. Oh my goodness, I love Turmeric.  It helps me relax and even helps me get a good night sleep

If I had a rough day working out or stressed out from a hectic day, Turmeric always seems to make the day unwind and my muscles relax.

 

Honestly I was really skeptical when my husband got into it, but one night I just couldn't get to sleep and as a last result finally took some Turmeric and the next thing I knew I was waking up the next morning.  I then tried it in a few things including some of our body products and found out so many more benefits.
