Ever wanted to try aerial silks or hoop well here is your chance. Classes are Monday Nights beginning at 5:30pm. Our Fall semester began September 7th but you can start anytime. We are teaming up with Epic Aerial Academy. Classes will always begin with a warm up and stretching (This is required for all students before using silks - even if they come late). We will start with skills from the very foundation that will help build the strength and grace needed for a good performer. This is a great way to experience the first steps to what aerial is all about. This intro class will teach you the basics to get you started. In this class we will focus on strength, basic climbs, and a hammock routine. This is where it all begins, prepare to be hooked on aerial. In this class we will learn proper technique, basic wraps, lines, getting into and out of moves, core building, flexibility and we will put together a complete routine for the winter recital. Mondays at 5:30pm $15 per class or 10 pack for $120
